The JSON format allows you to export to another program.
The JSON format stores all the shot’s data along with all the layers and images and pack them in a .zip archive which you can use with import scripts in other programs.
Choose in the options between Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, and TVPaint Animation.
