Remote

You can use Callipeg mini on your iPhone as a remote for Callipeg on iPad.

To do so, go to the settings > Remote and enable the remote.

The remote uses Bluetooth connectivity to allow the devices to communicate. Allow the use of Bluetooth to enable the remote feature.

Then open Callipeg mini on your iPhone, go to the settings, in the Remote tab, and tap on Enable bluetooth detection.

Next to Name of this device, you can edit the name to better recognize your device.

Allow the use of Bluetooth to be able to detect your device from your iPad. Then continue on your iPad.

On your iPad, tap on Connect next to the name corresponding to the name of the device on Callipeg mini on your iPhone.

The remote allows you to flip in the timeline using gestures on your iPhone.

Tap on the remote mode in the top bar to choose between a vertical gesture or a circular gesture.

When using the circular mode, the gesture will adapt to your finger’s position on the screen.

Slide the button located on the left part of the screen up or down to increase or decrease the flip sensitivity.

Tap on the flip mode button in the top bar to choose whether to flip on Frames, on Sheets or on Markers.

The last remote mode displays navigation buttons:

Plays and pauses the animation.

Adds a new drawing sheet after the current drawing sheet of the current layer.

Sends to the previous frame/sheet/marker in the timeline.

Sends to the next frame/sheet/marker in the timeline.

Sends to the first frame in the timeline.

Sends to the last frame in the timeline.

To disconnect the remote:


  • on the iPhone, tap on , and Exit Remote.
  • on the iPad, in the settings > Remote, tap on disconnect next to the device name or disable the remote.
